We want you to love everything you receive from Avias Ranch. If something isn’t right—or just not for you—we’re here to make it right.

Easy Returns, No Stress

Tried it and didn’t love it? Even if it’s been opened, that’s okay. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll happily offer you a refund or exchange—whatever works best for you.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at customerservice@aviasranch.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We’ll take it from there.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you prefer a replacement instead, we’ll make sure that gets out to you quickly.

A Few Exceptions

While we try to be as flexible as possible, there are a few items we can’t accept back:

• Items marked final sale

• Personalized or customized items

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is up to you.
