This duo of collections captures the seasonal evolution of our olives—through two harvests, across two legendary estates.

The Founder's Selection is a carefully composed expression, shaped with the precision of science and the intuition of craftsmanship. We curated it to land exactly where we wanted it—vibrant, balanced, and alive. It features an early harvest from the steep red soils of Notis Estate and a late harvest from the riverside groves of Rema Mili. With high yet approachable polyphenol levels (330 mg/kg), it offers grassy aromatics, green apple sharpness, and a smooth, rounded finish—a sensory contrast rooted in time and terrain.

The Notis Estate Family Reserve is a focused expression from a single, iconic grove—the Reza plot at Notis Estate. The Gold Edition (Early Harvest) is bold and structured, with green almond and arugula notes and 396 mg/kg polyphenols. The Blue Edition (Late Harvest) is its softer counterpart—golden, ripe, and silky with low acidity and elevated oleic content.

Together, they reflect two visions, four harvests, and one shared philosophy: to craft oils that nourish, elevate, and express the soul of their land.
