It taste really good and fresh. Hits all of the marks you want real olive oil to hit. It did arrive pretty warm when it was dropped off so that's unfortunate. But I'll chock it up to the delivery service. Hopefully it sitting in a hot vehicle like that didn't ruin the quality of the oil.
This early-harvest EVOO was crafted from Koroneiki olives hand-picked at a maturity index of 1.2 and cold-pressed within 3 hours of harvest. Milled with a short 30-minute malaxation window, the process preserved the volatile aromatic compounds that give this oil its fresh-cut character.

The Reza plot of our Notis Estate lies on a steep hillside composed of red, iron-rich clay over limestone—one of the most expressive micro-terroirs in Messenia. This rugged landscape produces structured oils with naturally high phenolic content.
Harvested in early October during a drought year, the olives from Reza delivered remarkable clarity, intensity, and aromatic lift. The result is a vibrant oil defined by its land: bold, mineral-driven, and unapologetically green.
