The Notis Estate Family Reserve captures how time shapes flavor—from the vivid intensity of early fruit to the mellow richness of full maturity. Both oils come from the same grove on the Reza plot, known for its steep slopes and red iron-rich clay.

The Gold Edition (Early Harvest) is structured and vibrant, with grassy brightness, green almond, and a peppery finish. With 396 mg/kg polyphenols and a maturity index of 1.2, it’s bold, green, and alive.

The Blue Edition (Late Harvest) is softer and more rounded. Harvested at a maturity index of 5, it offers a vibrant green depth, silky texture, and warm notes of pear, almond, and walnut—low in acidity, high in oleic goodness.

Together, they tell a story of the same trees seen through two lenses—sharp and soft, bold and balanced, youth and grace.
