Everything you need to create your own infused olive oils—beautifully packaged, thoughtfully designed:
- Founder’s Selection Duo
– Two 500ml bottles of our early and late harvest EVOOs. Taste both and decide which one to infuse. - Two 250ml Greek-inspired custom green glass bottles – Custom-designed with wide necks for easy infusion of herbs, chilis, or citrus peels. (Each bottle holds half a standard 500ml bottle of EVOO—perfect for making two infusions from one bottle of Avias oil.)
- Two stainless steel, oxygen-tight spouts – With built-in filters, so you don’t need to strain or re-bottle.
- One stainless steel funnel – For mess-free pouring and precision.
- Custom labeling set –Personalize your infusions with included labels and naming suggestions.
Craft your own infusion in minutes. Here’s how:
- Choose your infusant –Use about 1 tablespoon of your ingredient (like dried oregano, thyme,
chili, or lemon zest). - Add to bottle – Drop the infusant into the 250ml bottle using the funnel provided, or a piece of paper as a guide.
- Pour in EVOO – Select your favorite from the Founder’s Selection Duo and fill the bottle to the top.
- Seal & mix – Cap the bottle and gently turn it upside down and back up for a few minutes to mix.
- Let it sit – Store in a cool, dark place for at least 1 week to allow flavors to infuse.
- Taste & enjoy –Swap the cap for the stainless steel spout and pour directly onto your food.
