Our chamomile grows in pollinator-rich zones between olive groves, enriching soil and biodiversity while providing a calming herbal remedy. It’s hand-picked for both its ecosystem role and therapeutic value.
Grown at altitude on well-drained soils, chamomile flowers here develop intense aromatics and high apigenin content, shaped by summer sun and mountain air.
Delicate and honeyed, with soft floral and hay-like notes. Ideal for relaxation rituals—especially before bedtime or to soothe digestion.
Harvested in peak bloom from summer into fall, each flower is picked at its most fragrant and shade-dried to lock in volatile oils and bioactive compounds.
