At Avias Ranch, sustainability isn’t just a goal—it’s who we are. Through regenerative farming, we enrich the soil and turn production by-products into eco-friendly products like artisanal soaps, briquettes, and cattle feed.

 

Even more we've designed our processes so that each bottle we produce removes 4.6 kg/CO2 from the atmosphere-for every bottle of our extra virgin olive oil you use, you help take a car off the road for approximately 11 miles, reducing CO2 emissions and contributing to a healthier planet.

Notis Estate Early Harvest Grand Cru

The Notis Early Harvest, has a vibrant, vibrant, grassy, and slightly vegetal aromatic profile with a fresh, green flavor , and slightly peppery finish that reflects the youthful nature of the olives and due to their higher campesterol and oleocanthal content. This compositional profile not only enhances the taste but also offers anti-inflammatory and heart-protective benefits. Early harvesting early preserved natural compounds like cis-3-hexenal, which gives this oil its fresh, green apple notes. This premium olive oil is perfect for drizzling over salads or finishing gourmet dishes.
